The bread and butter of many FX shops, and Tolin FX is no exclusion, is good old fashioned blood and gore. Made famous by artists such as Tom Savini, Greg Nicotero, and Jerry Gergeley, the blood slinging splatter fest of the 80’s is still alive and well. And it seems like filmmakers and audiences are always trying to raise the bar.
